Role Earnings — 5% of Commission Total
Role Earnings are rewards for certified leaders and role holders who manage guild operations. It rewards real coordination work — execution management, member support, and day-to-day guild operations. This is functional, not hierarchical.
Who receives Role Earnings?
You receive Role Earnings if you hold a certified role and are actively performing that role during the reward period. Roles with higher operational burden receive proportionally higher allocation.
Just Roles, Not a Hierarchy
There is no hierarchy — these are simply functional roles. Guild Leaders, Sub Leaders, and all other roles are equal members, each contributing in their own way.
Role Promotion
Members can take a role exam one month after joining. Upon passing, they can be promoted to the corresponding role.
